01Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and evolving needs through regular meetings and communication.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services (e.g., investments, loans, insurance, wealth management) to meet client objectives.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and risks.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and revenue objectives through effective client management and new business development.
Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely advice and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal product specialists, credit teams, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Prepare regular reports on client activity, portfolio performance, and sales progress for management review.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. .
