Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or 3-Year Diploma.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, BFSI, Banking, or Cross-selling.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with valuable sales aptitude.
Customer-focused and willing to travel within the assigned locations. .
