Key Responsibilities
Assigned bank branches ke saath robust relationship maintain karna.
Bank customers ko Life Insurance products ki information dena aur sales generate karna.
Bank branch staff ke saath coordination karke business opportunities identify karna.
Customer needs ko understand karke suitable insurance solutions provide karna.
Sales targets achieve karna aur business growth ensure karna.
Customer queries aur policy-related concerns ko timely resolve karna.
Regular branch visits, lead generation aur customer meetings conduct karna.
Company aur regulatory guidelines ka compliance maintain karna.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation mandatory.
Age below 35 years.
Life Insurance experience preferred (Agency, Banca, Direct, Broking, Alternate Channel).
CASA Sales experience candidates can also apply.
Good communication, sales and relationship management skills.
Local candidates preferred.

CTC up to 3.70 LPA.
