Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration between our organization and various branches. Your primary objective is to generate general insurance business by establishing and nurturing relationships with these branches. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with branch representatives and understand their needs.
You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within the Chandikhole RO, acting as the liaison between USGI and the branches.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with branches to drive general insurance business growth. Act as the primary point of contact for branches, addressing their queries and concerns. Identify and target potential clients within the branch network. Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance penetration within the branches. Collaborate with branch managers to understand their needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in insurance sales. Provide regular reports and updates on branch performance and insurance sales. Attend meetings and events to promote USGI's insurance products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building. Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for travel across branches. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques is an advantage. Willingness to travel extensively across all branches of OGB Chandikhole RO. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. .
