Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Promote insurance products through the bank's customer network.
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets for bancassurance products.
- Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank employees.
- Support customers throughout the policy purchase process.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare sales reports and track business performance.
