Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan business through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
• Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with the credit, operations, and sales teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 15 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, LAP, or Banking Sales.
• Experience in sourcing business through DSA, builders, connectors, or open market is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
