We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Relationship Manager TFE to drive quality business in the MSME segment, specifically targeting Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language, and possess a deep understanding of working capital finance, balance sheet analysis, and property/legal aspects of mortgage lending. This role is field-intensive (80% field, 20% office) and demands strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills to ensure consistent business sourcing and customer satisfaction. .
