Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as gold loans, insurance, NBFCs, and other financial services.
Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of bank's products to existing customers.
Conduct field visits to meet with potential clients and promote bank's offerings in the area.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Job Requirements :
0-16 years of experience in bancassurance, BFSI sales or related fields like agency or direct sales.
Strong understanding of banking products such as gold loans, insurance, NBFCs etc. .
Excellent marketing skills with ability to develop effective promotional strategies for various channels (direct/field).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross-selling/upselling techniques.
