Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as credit cards, loans, and deposits.
Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of insurance products like life insurance, health insurance, etc.
Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and promote bank's services in the local market.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions using bancassurance (insurance) channels.
Job Requirements :
0-16 years of experience in agency management or BFSI sales.
Strong understanding of banking products including gold loan, NBFC, promotions & selling skills.
Excellent marketing knowledge with ability to develop effective promotional strategies for direct sales.
