01Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive Life Insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Generate leads through branch references and customer interactions.
- Conduct customer meetings and identify insurance opportunities.
- Promote and sell Life Insurance products based on customer needs.
- Ensure complete business conversion from received leads.
Branch Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other bank officials.
- Regularly engage with branch staff to generate referrals and customer leads.
- Provide product training and support to branch employees.
- Motivate branch teams to maximize insurance business generation
Customer Acquisition & Advisory
- Understand customer financial goals and protection requirements.
- Conduct Financial Need Analysis (FNA) and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, returns, riders, and claim settlement processes.
- Deliver superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily activity reports and sales updates.
- Monitor branch-wise business performance.
- Maintain sales MIS and productivity records.
- Participate in review meetings and sales planning activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience
- 1-6 years of experience in:
- Life Insurance Sales
- Bancassurance
- Retail Banking
- CASA Sales
- Wealth Management
- Mutual Funds
- Financial Products Sales
- Relationship Management
- Freshers with exceptional sales aptitude may also be considered. .
