Job Title Relationship Manager Sales (Equity Broking) LocationBhubaneswar / Cuttack / (Branch Location) Employment TypeFull-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue through the sale of financial products including Demat & Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and Margin Funding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of capital markets, and a passion for sales. Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients through cold calling, references, field sales, digital leads, and networking. Open Demat and Trading accounts and ensure smooth client onboarding. Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and Loan Against Securities. Generate brokerage revenue by increasing client trading activity. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high retention. Provide market updates and investment ideas in coordination with the research team. Achieve monthly acquisition, activation, and revenue targets. Conduct client meetings, seminars, and investor awareness programs. Ensure KYC, SEBI, and exchange compliance for all client activities. Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales and activity reports. EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred). 03 years of experience in Broking, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, or Financial Sales. NISM Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Good understanding of Equity Markets and Financial Products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM applications.
