Relationship Manager (Contract)

You will be responsible for meeting potential POSP agents in assigned geographical areas, servicing existing POS to drive sales growth, handling customer inquiries efficiently, coordinating with Girnar Insurance HO Team for smooth sales process execution, and creating offline training and servicing processes for POSP.

- Must know the local agent network - Achieve monthly sales target numbers - Be a highly motivated individual and drive channel with ownership - Traveling may be frequent - Manage relationships with customers - Identify and communicate customer needs - Ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base

- Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication skills - Some awareness of Motor & General Insurance and the drive to excel in sales - Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years - Looking for rapid growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard - Proficiency and fluency in English, and knowledge of any other local language is preferable Note: Interested candidates can share their resume on 9953130421 or suriyankshi.sharma@insurancedekho.com.
