01Responsibilities
**
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, understanding their risk tolerance, investment objectives, and long-term financial aspirations. Present and explain a range of financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and other banking solutions, tailored to individual client requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless client service delivery. Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Job Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in relationship management, sales, or financial services, preferably within the banking or wealth management sector. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and lending. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage a client portfolio effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English. Knowledge of the Tirupati market and local client base is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM) are a plus. .
