01Responsibilities
**
Proactively identify and onboard new clients within designated emerging markets. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving financial requirements. Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, presenting and recommending suitable products and services. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in emerging markets. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in assigned emerging markets. Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Prepare and present regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and market insights. Ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies, procedures, and external regulations. Represent the company at industry events and networking functions in emerging markets.
Job Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management or business development, with a focus on emerging markets. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to emerging market clients (e.g., trade finance, foreign exchange, structured products). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client bases. Fluency in English and at least one other relevant language for emerging markets (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic). Ability to travel frequently to emerging markets. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of global economic trends. .
