01Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the region through various channels, including referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients, understanding their short-term and long-term objectives.
- Present and explain a range of financial products and services, such as loans, investments, insurance, and other banking solutions, that align with client needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and adhere to all company policies and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and credit departments, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Job Qualifications
- Intermediate & Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, relationship management, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a solid drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
