Job OverviewWe are hiring a motivated Relationship Manager Home Loans to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and will be responsible for achieving home loan disbursement targets through various sales and business development activities. This role involves direct interaction with clients, promoting home loans, and managing the endtoend loan lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development: Achieve home loan disbursement targets through prospecting, networking, and executing fieldbased marketing activities.Product Promotion: Promote home loans to potential clients via physical meetings and digital channels, including social media.Customer Relationship Management: Profile clients, recommend suitable loan products, and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and longterm engagement.Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the credit team to ensure timely loan disbursements by gathering required client documentation.Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, loan products, and underwriting guidelines.Field Marketing: Execute fieldbased activities to generate leads as directed by the branch manager.Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire loan process from application to disbursement, ensuring a seamless customer experience.QualificationsGraduate in any stream.Minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales (preferably in the BFSI sector).Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients.Must own a twowheeler with a valid driving license. .
