Key Roles & Responsibilities
Make daily sales calls and schedule financial planning meetings with customers.
Generate current customers and achieve the assigned premium sales targets.
Explain insurance products and services clearly to customers.
Follow up on leads provided by the company for new business and cross-selling prospects.
Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers based on their financial needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure renewals and repeat business.
Follow company policies, operational processes, and underwriting guidelines while handling sales.
Ensure accurate customer data entry and documentation.
Achieve all assigned sales and financial performance targets (KPIs).
Follow AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and company compliance guidelines at all times.
Required Skills
