Relationship Manager for Insurance Brokerage

As a Relationship Manager at our insurance brokerage firm in Gurugram, your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and drive business success. Your responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs. Advising clients on suitable motor insurance products and services based on their requirements and risks. Negotiating terms with clients and insurance providers to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Handling client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with services provided. Maintaining a deep understanding of motor products, market conditions, and trends within the insurance industry. Coordinating with other team members to facilitate seamless service delivery. Ensuring compliance with regulatory laws and standards in all transactions and interactions. Required skills for this role include: In-depth knowledge of motor product offerings within the insurance domain. A firm grasp of various types of insurance plans (especially vehicle-related) available on the market. Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of clients. Additionally, secondary skills such as strong interpersonal skills are valued, as you will be building rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds. This full-time position requires 1-5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage or related field, with a focus on field sales and motor insurance knowledge. The job timings are during regular business hours at our Gurugram office.
