Job OverviewWe are seeking dynamic professionals to drive business growth by sourcing and acquiring new customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) offerings. The role involves generating leads from open market sources, referrals, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, connectors, and various channel partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop business opportunities through multiple sourcing channels including market outreach, referrals, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.Proactively source and onboard new customers for Home Loan and LAP products, facilitating loan disbursal processes.Meet or exceed monthly targets and login requirements to ensure performance standards.Conduct customer visits to provide detailed loan product information and assist clients in selecting appropriate financial solutions.Candidate Profile and RequirementsMinimum one year of proven experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or LAP sales is mandatory.Strong familiarity with the local market is preferred to optimize lead generation and conversion.Possession of a valid driving license and two-wheeler vehicle is essential for customer visits and fieldwork.Any graduate meeting the above criteria is invited to apply.Additional InformationFor further inquiries, please contact Deepmala at 7859842362 or email hiring.plushr1@gmail.com.
