Role Description
The Relationship Manager Home Loan Sales is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for acquiring and managing home loan customers. The role includes generating leads through various channels, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers, and explaining home loan products, features, and eligibility criteria. The Relationship Manager will guide customers through the end-to-end home loan process, including documentation, application submission, and coordination with internal teams for approvals and disbursals. The role also involves meeting sales targets, tracking pipeline and conversions, preparing basic reports, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every stage.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in retail banking or home loan products preferred.
Customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation of product features and terms to diverse customers.
Basic analytical and documentation skills to assess customer eligibility, manage files, and ensure accuracy in applications.
