Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive home loan business through the DSA channel and manage Relationship Managers (RMs).
Key Responsibilities
Drive home loan sales and achieve monthly targets through the DSA channel.
Recruit, onboard and manage DSA/Channel Partners.
Lead and monitor RMs, tracking daily activities and performance.
Build strong relationships with DSAs and provide on-ground support.
Generate quality leads and improve lead-to-login & disbursement conversions.
Identify new market opportunities and provide market insights to the RSM.
Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure compliance, documentation quality and effective pipeline management.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Retail Banking / Financial Services
Strong experience in DSA / Channel Sales
Experience managing RMs / Sales Teams
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Good knowledge of home loan products and processes
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
