Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role for home loans and mortgage loans, based in the Pune Division.
The Relationship
Manager will identify and acquire current home loan and mortgage loan customers, manage existing client relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions aligned with their housing and property needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting customer meetings, assessing loan eligibility, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely processing and disbursal of loans. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, real estate partners, and other stakeholders to drive portfolio growth while adhering to regulatory and bank policies.
The Relationship
Manager will also monitor loan accounts, support collections when required, and provide ongoing service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term engagement with home loan and mortgage clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in sales, business development, and negotiation to source leads, convert prospects, and meet assigned targets for loan products.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of housing finance, mortgage products, credit assessment, and basic risk analysis to evaluate customer profiles and recommend suitable solutions.
- Candidates should possess organizational, documentation, and time-management skills to handle multiple applications, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelors degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field, along with prior experience in retail lending, home loans, or banking.
- Candidates should be familiar with local real estate markets in and around Pune, and comfortable working with technology platforms, CRM tools, and core banking systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate high ethical standards, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with branch teams and cross-functional stakeholders. .
