Skills: Proficiency in interpreting financial data, robust communication skills, and working efficiently under tight targets.Responsibilities- Lead Conversion: Convert provided digital Home Loan and Mortgage leads into physical field appointments.- Client Interaction: Meet applicants face-to-face to understand requirements and guide them through application steps.- Financial Assessment: Conduct financial interviews with clients to evaluate their repayment capacity and loan eligibility.- Lender Coordination: Manage active relationships with Banks and NBFCs to ensure quick file File Management: Analyze active loan files constantly to track progress and clear operational bottlenecks.- Compliance: Maintain secure documentation and record management that complies with financial regulations. .
