Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive home loan sales through a strong DSA network, support loan conversions, and ensure smooth customer servicing throughout the loan journey.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve home loan sales targets through DSAsIdentify, onboard, and manage new DSAsGenerate leads and convert them into home loan businessGuide DSAs on sales pitch and closing techniquesBuild strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan experienceSupport DSAs with documentation and complete application processingCoordinate with processing and credit teams for timely approvals and disbursementsTrack sales performance, DSA productivity, and business progressStay updated on market trends, competitor products, and opportunitiesMaintain CRM records and ensure compliance with policiesQualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Finance / Sales / Marketing preferred)13 years of experience in home loan sales or financial product salesPrior DSA management experience is an advantageSkills Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skillsGood negotiation and deal-closing abilityKnowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and market trendsFamiliarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and loan processing softwarePay: 400,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
