Relationship Manager - Used Tractor

'Primary Responsibilities Acquire Used tractor customers of tractor loans by conducting credit assessments and offering end-to-end financial solutions Maintain strong engagement with existing customers through regular communication, including updates on repayments and product offerings Empanel new dealers and channel partners in the market Generate new leads of new and used tractor business through dealer managements, referrals, promotional activities, and customer interactionsCoordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Conduct product training sessions for internal team members to ensure alignment with product guidelines Proactively resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction Monitor channel and team performance to ensure quality sourcing and a healthy loan portfolio. Analyse competitor products and market practices to inform growth strategies. Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
