Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly Home Loan/LAP disbursement targets.
• Generate leads through calls, field visits, and market activities.
• Develop and activate DSA, connectors, builders, and real estate agents.
• Handle customers throughout the loan process from application to disbursement.
• Cross-sell insurance, balance transfer, and top-up products.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, CRM updates, and SOP compliance.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales and activity targets.
• Track market competition and maintain strong customer/channel relationships.
