Job Summary
The Life Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting life insurance products, building robust client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and customer interactions.
Promote and sell life insurance products to prospective customers.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Conduct customer meetings and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely policy issuance.
- Provide after-sales service and assist customers with policy-related queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
03 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, BFSI, or financial services.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (for entry-level roles).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
