Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Acquire new clients for mutual fund investments through direct sales and referrals
Promote mutual fund products across equity, debt, and hybrid schemes
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
Cross-sell mutual funds to existing customers
2. Client Relationship Management
Understand client investment goals and risk profiles
Recommend suitable mutual fund schemes based on client needs
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Provide periodic portfolio updates and investment reviews
Handle client queries and ensure high service standards
3. Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on mutual fund schemes and market trends
Track NAV movements and performance of schemes
Educate clients on SIPs, lump-sum investments, and portfolio diversification
Assist clients with SIP registrations and transactions
4. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure completion of KYC and regulatory documentation
Follow AMFI and SEBI compliance guidelines
Maintain accurate client records and reporting
Ensure proper documentation of transactions
Key Requirements
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration preferred
MBA (Finance/Marketing) Preferred but not mandatory
Preferable Certification
AMFI/NISM Series V-A Certification Mutual Fund Distributor Certification
Experience
o 35 years experience in Mutual Fund Sales/ Wealth Management/Financial Product Distribution/Banking or NBFC Sales
o Preference for proficiency in mutual fund softwares
Skills Required
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Client relationship management ability
Knowledge of mutual fund products
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of financial markets
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Job Type: Permanent
Compensation: 40,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month
