Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard new clients to open Demat and Trading accounts.Revenue Generation: Drive consistent brokerage revenue by encouraging active trading and guiding clients through market opportunities.Portfolio Expansion: Cross-sell a diverse range of third-party investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, and Insurance, to maximize wallet share.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and client retention.Market Advising: Stay updated on market trends and provide clients with timely insights to help them make informed investment decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services sales.Certifications: NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification is highly preferred.Sales Acumen: Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and acquisition targets.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking abilities and the confidence to pitch complex financial products to prospective clients.
