Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving business through assigned distribution channels by building strong relationships with partners, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through Agency and/or OEM channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Recruit, activate, and engage distribution partners where applicable.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, trainings, and market visits.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1 - 5 years in General Insurance Sales.
- Experience in Agency, OEM, Dealer, or Emerging Market / GEO Sales preferred.
- Strong relationship management and business development skills.
- Valuable communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. .
