Job Responsibilities
Acquire customers through open market sourcing for Loan Against Property (LAP).
Generate new business through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring quality sourcing and compliance.
Eligibility
23 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
Experience in open market sourcing is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Age: 2135 years.
CIBIL Score: 650 or above (Mandatory).
