01Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.
Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences to tailor wealth management strategies.
Financial Advisory:
Provide comprehensive financial advice and investment recommendations based on clients' needs and market conditions.
Develop and present personalized financial plans, considering investment, estate planning, tax strategies, and other relevant factors.
Portfolio Management:
Oversee and manage client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to optimize portfolio performance.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about a wide range of financial products, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and insurance.
Recommend and implement suitable investment solutions to meet clients' unique requirements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Implement risk management strategies to protect clients' investments and wealth.
Client Education:
Educate clients on investment strategies, market trends, and financial planning concepts.
Conduct periodic reviews to update clients on portfolio performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, analysts, and legal professionals, to deliver holistic wealth management services.
Collaborate with external professionals, such as tax advisors and estate planners, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Ideal Educational Criteria, Experience and CTC for Wealth RMs
MBA / CFA is preferred but not mandatoryMBA from tier 1 / reputed collegesShould be ideally in an age group of 32 38 years of age
4. Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in wealth platforms as a RM
5. First attempt pass of all major exams (10th/12th/Graduation) .
