Manage and monitor collection performance for the assigned portfolio.
Conduct field visits to meet delinquent customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Build and maintain solid relationships with borrowers to improve repayment behavior.
Analyze overdue accounts and develop effective recovery strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection procedures.
Coordinate with branch teams and credit departments for resolution of collection-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery activities.
Identify potential risks and escalate critical delinquency cases to management.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Support portfolio quality improvement initiatives and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) .
