- Create quality network and exposure in the local market. - Acquisition and management of new as well as existing financial advisors/distributors from the market.

- Strong communication skills. - AMFI certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months. - Zeal to learn different financial products. In this role, you will be leading a team of advisors, training them for business development, and guiding other colleagues.
