Job Responsibilities
- Agent engagement: Build strong relationships with existing motor/General insurance agents to cross-sell Health insurance products.
- Sales growth: Drive incremental revenue by introducing life insurance solutions to current customer base.
- Training & support: Conduct product training sessions for agents to enhance cross-sell effectiveness.
- Target achievement: Ensure monthly/quarterly cross-sell targets are consistently met.
- Market development: Identify opportunities within SME and retail segments for life insurance penetration.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in insurance sales (life/general preferred).
- Robust communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, with ability to work independently.
