Job Role
- Relationship Manager
- Manage and grow life insurance sales through the CAT (Corporate Agency Tied/Corporate Agency) Channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate agency partners.
- Drive business growth by engaging with partner branches and sales teams.
- Generate quality leads and identify recent business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective partner management and customer acquisition.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and regular partner visits.
- Support partners in customer meetings and joint sales activities.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for timely policy issuance.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain policy persistency.
- Follow IRDAI guidelines and company compliance policies.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of life insurance products based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Agency partners.
- Increase life insurance sales through partner channels.
- Motivate and guide partner employees to achieve business targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and business reviews.
- Support customer acquisition and sales conversion activities.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Purpose
- To drive life insurance business through the CAT Channel by managing partner relationships, generating sales opportunities, acquiring customers, and achieving assigned targets. .
