Relationship Manager (RM)
Generate business through direct sourcing and channel partners. Build and maintain customer relationships. Achieve individual sales and disbursement targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing. Conduct market visits and generate leads from open market sources. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Relationship Officer (RO)
Support sales activities and customer acquisition initiatives. Generate leads through field activities and references. Assist customers with documentation and application processes. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records. Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement. Achieve assigned sales and sourcing targets.

DST (Direct Selling Team) | Connector Network | DSA (Direct Selling Associates)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors Degree mandatory). Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related sectors preferred. Strong sales and business development experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent customer relationship management.
Experience Criteria
RM: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or
related Sales Domain.
RO: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or
related Sales Domain
