Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Housing Finance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating home loan business, acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Home Loans / Housing Finance / LAP, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, connectors, builders, property dealers, and other channels.
- Identify and acquire customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and other business partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, LAP, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services sales.
- Candidates with experience in home loan sales will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to generate business through direct and channel sales.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
