Job Description
We are hiring Relationship Managers / Business Development Professionals for a leading financial services organization.

The role involves acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, sourcing business, and achieving assigned sales targets. Candidates should have experience in Retail Banking, Branch Banking, CASA, Liabilities products,FD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Generate business through branch and open market sourcing
• Cross-sell financial products and services
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets
• Ensure high levels of customer service

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
• Good communication and sales skills
• Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management
• Relevant experience in retail banking or branch sales preferred
