Job Title Relationship / Sales Manager (CASA)
Experience -2 to 3 years of experience in CASA/Current Account acquisition with a bank.
Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Current & Savings Account customers through open market sourcing.
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding with complete KYC & AML compliance.
Activate customer accounts by driving transactions, balance maintenance, and digital banking adoption.
Cross-sell banking products such as Business Loans, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and other value-added services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and business customers.
Coordinate with Branch Manager and product teams to provide the best banking solutions.
Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)
Experience in NTB acquisition and SME/Business Banking sales is preferred.
Good knowledge of local business markets and commercial catchment areas.
Proficiency in the local language and English.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with field sales and target-based roles.
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month
