Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for managing and growing client relationships across trading and investment solutions. The role involves understanding client financial goals, recommending suitable products across equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other instruments, and ensuring a high standard of client service and engagement. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with research and operations teams to provide market updates, portfolio reviews, and execution support while onboarding new clients, tracking portfolios, following up on leads, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Salary & Benefits Salary Offered: 15,000 30,000/month (based on experience) Fixed salary + performance incentives On-the-job training provided Career growth in a 30-year established, trusted financial services firm Qualifications Client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships Sales, business development, and cross-selling skills for equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other market-linked products Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment products, and basic financial planning concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English and local languages Analytical skills for understanding client portfolios and market trends Comfort with trading platforms, CRM tools, and basic MS Office Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or related field; NISM/NCFM certification is a plus Prior experience in broking, wealth management, banking, or financial services preferred; strong freshers welcome .
