01Key Responsibilities
- Acquire recent customers for Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) through field sales activities in assigned territory.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals from existing customers and other networks.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.
- Ensure end-to-end customer onboarding from lead generation, documentation, and login to sanction and disbursal.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Credit, Operations, and Legal to ensure smooth processing and turnaround.
- Maintain regular customer interaction and ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship retention.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for disbursals and other business metrics.
