Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rewari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding insurance needs, and recommending suitable products across health, general, and corporate insurance lines. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, coordinating with insurers for quotations, and ensuring smooth policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves supporting clients during claim processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The Relationship Manager is expected to proactively identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to understand insurance products, assess risk, and provide advisory support tailored to client needs.Proficiency in basic sales activities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing opportunities.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and documentation accurately.Comfort working with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or client databases).Prior experience in insurance broking, financial services, or related domains is preferred but not mandatory.Bachelors degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Rewari, with a proactive, ethical, and client-focused mindset. .
