We have an opening for a Direct Sales Life Insurance role involving both field and office work.

Role and Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field activities, references, and direct marketing campaigns.
Acquire new customers for banking/financial products.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product benefits.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Cross-sell and upsell company products and services.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer support.
Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of banking/financial products
Ability to work in field sales environment
Customer relationship management skills
