01Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing excellent service.
- Assist clients with Mutual Funds, Stocks, Trading, Insurance, Loans, and other financial products.
- Handle client onboarding, KYC, documentation, policy servicing, claims, and investment transactions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and coordinate with the investment team to provide suitable financial solutions.
- Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities through referrals and client relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
- Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and regulatory guidelines to provide informed client support.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity Markets, Insurance, and Financial Services.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and team-driven workplace.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
