01Overview
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and providing excellent service.
Assist clients with Mutual Funds, Stocks, Trading, Insurance, Loans, and other financial products.
Handle client onboarding, KYC, documentation, policy servicing, claims, and investment transactions.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and coordinate with the investment team to provide suitable financial solutions.
Identify cross-selling and business development opportunities through referrals and client relationships.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM system.
Coordinate with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and regulatory guidelines to provide informed client support.
Skills Required
Solid communication and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity Markets, Insurance, and Financial Services.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and team-driven setting.
Compensation: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
