Relationship Officer-BANCA Channel

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branch/branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Branch Managers, Relationship Managers and other bank staff.
• Meet bank customers and understand their financial and insurance requirements.
• Explain suitable life insurance products, benefits, premiums and policy features to customers.
• Convert leads/referrals provided by the bank into insurance policies.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents, medicals and policy issuance.
• Conduct regular meetings with bank employees to generate more referrals.
• Maintain proper customer records and update sales reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
• Provide after-sales service and assist customers with policy-related queries.
• Participate in branch-level sales activities and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the bank and internal Bajaj Life teams for smooth policy processing.
