Job Overview
We are hiring Relationship Officers with relevant experience in Housing Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, or Secured Loans.
The candidate should have experience in direct market sourcing (DST), customer acquisition, loan documentation, and the complete sourcing process. Affordable Housing Loan experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and source Housing Loan customers through direct market visits and field sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and sourcing targets.
Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
Explain Housing Loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents and ensure accurate submission.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursement.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct field visits and customer verification wherever required.
Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
Follow all company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Graduation is mandatory any stream.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in:
Housing/Home Loan
Mortgage Loan
Secured Loan
Affordable Housing Loan
Affordable Housing Loan exposure is mandatory.
Experience in direct market sourcing / DST is required.
Good understanding of Housing Loan products, documentation, and sourcing mechanisms.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Must have a proper relieving letter from the previous organization.
Candidates currently not working should not have a career gap of more than 4 months.
Candidates with a career gap must be willing to join at a similar CTC.
Compensation: 25,552.91 - 35,461.17 per month
