Relationship Officer(business loan)

Role: The Relationship Officer (business Loans) is a branch-focused role responsible for driving business loan volumes primarily from within the assigned branch. The core objective is to maximize business by converting branch walk-ins, internal bank leads, and existing account holders into business loan customers or LAP.This role is 60% branch-based desk work and 40% local travel to meet pre-screened clients for document collection and deal closures.

Uncapped Incentives: High-earning potential through a structured, performance-linked monthly incentive scheme. Exceptional performers achieving their disbursement targets can earn incentives up to 1,00,000 (1 Lakh) per month over and above their fixed salary.

Fixed Salary: Competitive fixed monthly salary.
