Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the companys business
Build valuable relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
Meet recent customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans
Maintain credit quality
Onboard current channel partners
Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
15 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector.
Prior experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region
